An Incredibly Special Announcement

Ducklings, I understand that the bread you’re eating is mighty tasty (and also really bad for you, so don’t accept bread from old people at the park), but you won’t need it after this feast of information we’re about to drop.

We come bearing fruit of the long-awaited, hotly anticipated release that is sure to make you say, “Wow, they finally did it! They’ve done what no other indie studio has ever done before!” And we’d like to reward you for those kind, exceedingly unforced words by presenting you with something you’ve been waiting on for years. That’s right, it’s…

The blog! Yep, the blog returns, in all its glory! And, because the current writer has (probably) no more major responsibilities in regards to writing the narrative, it should (hopefully) be updated weekly.

With these blogs, we’ll do our best to provide looks inside our project, Zakumba: Astraia, including, but not limited to: deep dives into different features of the game, top-secret development information directly from the vaults of AfroDuck Studios (I had to do some terrible stuff to get it), and probably some other stuff if I had to guess. If there are any topics you’d like us to expand upon with the fervor of penniless indie developers, let us know in our Discord server, the Pond, which you can join by clicking the first button below!

And, if you really like clicking stuff, we’ve got some other buttons there for you to press. These will lead you to our other social media platforms. We would appreciate if you followed all those accounts and liked everything in sight. I don’t have a good, heartfelt reason for you to do so since this is a blatant marketing funnel, but you WOULD get to directly interact with some cool, curated, and concise posts showing off various aspects of the game!

It would also contribute to world peace (this is not true, but we can dream).

We hope you look forward to hearing more about the game, and thank you for your continued support!
